Technical Support
TISA remains committed to providing expert technical support to members on a range of operational
and regulatory issues targeted at improving infrastructure and processes, establishing standards of
good practice and the interpretation and implementation of new rules and regulations covering ISAs,
CASS, ESG/RSI, operational resilience, Cyber Risk, SM&CR and a range of other areas.
In 2026 we will continue to draw on our technical expertise in all aspects of our work with the support
of our members, who can participate in TISA groups as a channel to have their say, whilst also
contributing to our technical and regulatory interpretation work, and providing input into key
consultation responses and calls for evidence to the FCA, TPR and UK Government Departments
(HMT, HMRC, BEIS, DBT).
In addition, firms that are TISA members can exclusively benefit from TISA’s technical helpline, valued
technical bulletins, guides and resources in the members-only section of the website. You will have
expert and confidential technical guidance on ISAs, regulatory matters and industry best practice.
